Tia Cannon is the woman who turned a whisk into a wand, blending soul food roots with high culinary polish to create a movement that’s redefining intuitive cooking. A trained chef, nationally recognized food stylist, and award-winning coach, she’s the force behind Tia’s School for Intuitive Cooking—a revolutionary space where cultural heritage meets professional mastery.
Her journey began in her grandmother’s kitchen and evolved through heartbreak, healing, and haute cuisine. Armed with a culinary and a pastry degree from a New York City culinary institution and a philosophy steeped in wellness, rhythm, and self-worth, Tia transformed her life and now helps others do the same—one intuitive meal, one bold business move, one empowered decision at a time.
